2. In the case of quality issue, The customer can always raise the complaint within 24 working hours after delivering the product, however, The merchant will be responsible for the quality issue and We resolve the issue on the customer’s behalf.

3. The order can be canceled 24 hours prior to the date of delivery, Hence 5% will be deducted from the total amount paid by the customer for adjusting the payment processing expenses.

4. If the products are not available ordered by the customer in the respective locations or city. We have all the rights to deliver the best product as per location for the same amount value.

5.  Delivery of the same product may not be possible always as per location, But the customer has a right to get a 100% refund as coupon means we provide coupon of the full amount to the customer.

8. In all delivery attempted cases, Where the recipient is not available at a given location or refuses to take the product. We are not responsible for refunding the amount. Since we deal with perishable products, Hence in such cases the order will be marked as delivered.

9. At the time of main occasions, Like Valentine’s day, From 7th Feb to 14th Feb, The flower price can be increased as per the market.

10. Prices of all the products which are subject to MRP restrictions are being sold on the website after adding the cost of our delivery services, online transaction, Hence the distribution cannot be shown on the website separately.

11. We do not take delivery charges in the main city, however, The delivery charges will be applicable in all the cases where the location is outskirts or a village area

12. Octroi charges if any, will be paid by the customer, If it is applicable in recipient location.

13. We have the right to delay your order due to natural calamity.

14. In the quality issue, We shall redeliver your order and refund also can be done depends on the nature of the complaint

15. If you did not receive your product like flowers, cakes, chocolates, etc. So kindly contact on the same of delivery so that we can refund your full amount.
